1. Moving Estimates & Tariff Disclosure

All moving estimates provided by America's Choice Moving Group (ACMG) are calculated based on the published tariff of the authorized motor carrier performing the physical transportation of your household goods.

Tariff Availability: The individual motor carrier's tariff is available for customer review upon reasonable request in accordance with federal regulations.

2. Authorized Carrier Network

ACMG is a licensed household goods moving broker and not a direct motor carrier. We partner exclusively with authorized, properly registered motor carriers across the United States.

Carrier Information: Prior to booking or upon contacting our team, prospective customers will be provided with an up-to-date, electronic list of all authorized household goods motor carriers in our network, complete with their respective USDOT and MC registration numbers.

3. Federal Consumer Protection Documents

In compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations, we are dedicated to informing consumers of their rights throughout the interstate moving process.

Required Publications: ACMG provides electronic access to the FMCSA's official consumer publications — "Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move" and the "Ready to Move" brochure — prior to booking or during the estimate process. You may request additional copies from your moving coordinator at any time.
