Cancellation Policy

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

At America's Choice Moving Group, we strive to provide clear and transparent booking terms. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before reserving moving services.

Bookings Made Within 7 Business Days of the Move Date

Any move booked within seven (7) business days of the first day of the customer's scheduled two-day move date window is considered a final sale.

For these bookings:

• The deposit is non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued if the move is canceled for any reason.
• The deposit is earned at the time of booking and is considered a final sale.

48-Hour Cancellation Period

For moves booked more than seven (7) business days before the first day of the scheduled two-day move date window, customers may cancel and receive a full refund of their deposit if the cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of the exact date and time the written estimate is signed.

To qualify for a full refund, the cancellation request must:

• Be submitted within 48 hours of signing the written estimate.
• Be sent in writing to support@americaschoicemovers.com.
• Include the customer's Job Number.
• Include the first and last name of the primary customer listed on the reservation.
• Be sent from the same email address used to book and sign up for services.

Requests that do not contain the required information may not be eligible for processing until all necessary information is provided.

Cancellations After the 48-Hour Period

Customers may cancel their move at any time by submitting a written request to support@americaschoicemovers.com.

However, cancellation requests received after the applicable 48-hour cancellation period are not eligible for a refund.

Instead:

• The deposit will be placed on hold as a future moving credit for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
• The credit may be used toward any future move booked through America's Choice Moving Group.
• The credit may be used by the original customer or transferred to another person designated by the customer.
• Future bookings using the credit will be subject to the rates, availability, and terms in effect at the time the new reservation is made.

How to Cancel

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

support@americaschoicemovers.com

The effective date and time of cancellation will be determined by the timestamp of the email received by America's Choice Moving Group.

By booking services with America's Choice Moving Group, a DBA of Fastlane Moving and Storage L.L.C., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
